Technical Support (Appointments for Phone Calls)

We want to offer our current and future customers the kind of support that they deserve. In order to have the best efficiency, we have our calling hours from 5:30-7:30 PM EST weekdays Monday through Friday. Otherwise, we will be busy building your speakers and processing your orders. Please use the email form below to set up a technical support appointment phone call. We will take appointments preferentially, but do accept drop in calls. If you have questions about an existing order, please reference your order number with the email. If you prefer drop in calling, please call 1-(248)-871-7223 for assistance. If you get the voicemail, we are likely on a scheduled call with another customer, and encourage you to leave a detailed message so we can promptly return your phone call.

Auditioning Times (Appointments for Listening Times)

We will have auditioning times available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST and also on weekends from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM EST Saturday and Sunday. These appointments are designed to show you what the open baffle speakers are capable of, and highlight differences between driver styles. We are based out of Livonia, Michigan and listening is done locally. Please use our email form below to book a time for listening. 

When filling out the form below, please give us as much detail as possible and indicate whether you are interested in Technical Support or Auditioning Times. Please also list 3-4 dates and times you would be available in order of preference. We will contact you via the email you provide to set up an appointment. Email is checked a minimum of 3 times a day and we strive to get you answers within 24 hours.
